1160 true damage ult

I get that darius is a juggernaut and that he is supposed to do a ton of damage, but it seems a tad excessive that he can build only 2 damage items, Black Cleaver and Steraks (both of which also have defensive value), and do so much damage on his ult while being so difficult to kill.

I get that he is supposed to do a ton, but it seems a bit excessive right now given his survivability.

If you get 5 Stack Bleed, you are at fault. When you play everything other than a Tank, there is almost no way Darius will get that 5 Stacks on you, except you don't know how to trade vs him. Also, you know that his Damage doesn't come from his R, but the AD he gets from his passive, which adds up with ALL his Spells.

ever seen Garen ult? he doesn't need to stack some bleed stuff or anything and its damage can easily exceed 2k on a beefier target.

Darius get a 230 additional AD if he procs 5 stacks of bleeding on someone, but to do this he needs to have access to a target to stack on first.

if darius gets stacked walk away, unless he pops summoner 6 or summoner 4 or uses item 3800 he will not have means to approach you, once his stacks fall off he has to start over again, during which you have time to melt him, ANY full built ADC will kill him in 3 seconds and if he is CC'ed during that time he wont even get the chance to stack up his passive.

also move out of the damm Q outer edge. ofc he wont die when he healing 45% of his missing HP. (so 58% with visage.)

daruis' main weakness is his engage: if the enemy team cannot do that properly he'll be useless all day long unless you screw up (in which case, you deserve to be punished for that)

so what to do against darius:

poke him down, if he cannot get someone into his Q range he has NO means of healing. stay away from him, this is the number 1 rule against juggernauts, only approach to CC lock. focus him down, he is not as tanky as a true tank: he will die quickly. stay out of his Q range, or move into the 'handle' portion to avoid him healing from it. keep vision on him during teamfights, if he sneaks into your team you're toast.

if you can do any number of the above darius' chance of obliterating your team should drop, unless he's 20/0 and your team is on their last legs ofc.

That's all.

okay as a top laner he is cancer to anything tanky he will just beat the shit out of you and you cant do much about it and you will get zoned out of farm all game because riots meta is wonderful. but in terms of outside his lane he pretty easy to deal with if you understand that he really has 0 way to get on to people unless you aer completely out of position. any form of cc on to him makes him easy to kite yeah he will do decent damage but at the same time the majority of his damage is reliant on his ability to pull you in.

At first I thought this would be about Cho'Gath, but then realized the number was too low.
