Riot Narrative/Lore/Foundations, why do you refuse to interact on these boards with players?

Especially when a question that is asked that is directly related to your team.

We get possible answers from Rioters outside your department, whatever it is called now, but you guys almost never seem to show up and explain/take responsibility for your decisions.

Any insight for us on why this is the case?
