It mentions in Nocturne`s lore a forbidden magic technique called shadow magic. Is this similar to the technique that Zed uses, or are they two different things. If they are the same thing, is this a nod towards that old player theory that Nocturne was created from Zed :P
Surely the two cannot be named so similarly and not be connected. I hope Nocturne will be the consequence to Zed's actions.
Zed's shown as a related champion to Nocturne. I assume he practices that same magic.
We can assume that, unless Riot states otherwise, if something is called and worded very similarly or even exactly the same as something else, then it's probably the same thing.
So yes, the Shadow Magic used by the Shadow Mages is probably the same Shadow Magic used by Zed's Order of Shadows.
Can't wait to see the zed is Noc theory rise once again.
