Groovy Zilean isn't very groovy

Exhibit A, old Groovy Zilean. Some really wacky polka-dot robes with bright colors. Some crazy swirl designs on his clock, and a clearly visible peace sign on his chest. A calm, relaxed expression that tells you everything is going to be alright.
Exhibit B, new Groovy Zilean. Muted colors, lack of the fun designs, and a crazed expression that tells you** he will devour your children whole and laugh whilst doing so**. The peace sign is only visible if you actively look for it under his beard.
Riot, there wasn't anything wrong with the old splash, but there is a lot wrong with this one. Is there any chance this change could be reverted, like the Vlad ones?
