Honestly? I want an old hag for a champion. We've got 125+ champions in a fantasy setting, but we don't have a single one remotely resembling a classical witch.
I also can't stop imagining an interaction with Annie:

Well the last 5 champs were actually rather even in terms of gender.

1 inhuman male 
(if you could even say tahm is male,I mean he is a unique being,so saying he is male is a bit of a stretch)
1 who is neither male nor female

(yeah she is undead,but her body clearly resembles a humans)
Anyway we did receive much more male champs in the last few years,so I think a new female champ would be nice.
TFW Sejuani doesn't count as a well built muscular human female.
This games character designs are really diverse. The weirdest thing is when they turned Soraka from ass-ugly Hillary Clinton goat into hentai-fuel anime girl but aside from that I don't think this game is all that fan service focused. Look at Fiora (ignore the new VU), Fiora has no fanservice in her design, sure shes lean and thin but if you're a master swordsman you have to be athletic. Some art work has been pretty quizzical, mostly the spinal bending splash arts, but pin that on the art team.
That being said, I would like a new female champ but not a "stronk indepedet wymyns" but rather an old hag/witch like someone before me said. I think that would be really unique and have a lot of personality potential to work with.
I want an old crone/witch if we're getting a human female (Lissandra doesn't quite hit the mark). We already have some female warrior types, though they could stand to have more prominent musculature.
I hope its a female too, But dont give us that femininist crap. If the creator makes her as she/he pleases, you guys should still like it. Because woman have breast and curves. Thats the natrual anatomy.

Personally I'd like a new female Yordle. Last time saw their like as a new champion was march 2012, over three years ago, and I'd love us to get another that's more in line with modern Yordle aesthetics and stuff. I would definetly not be averse to a strong, muscular woman being next though, cuz we're sorely missing those and it'd be kinda sweet to see.

I'd be down with it, though if it's not a typical Barbie-esque hourglass figure with enormous... tracks of land... we'll get a depressing number of posts raging at Ironstylus for being sexist (somehow).
Y'now, I'm almost the opposite of a Tumblr feminist, but I do think that female champions in this game have a problem of having the same build over and over. Zyra looks like Ahri that looks like Sona that looks like Ashe that looks like- you get my point. Disregarding cup size, they seem to have the same physical build. Now, I'm not arguing that every female character should be made fat and gross and ugly, I'd just like some difference in their physical attributes.
I mean, at least make Shyvana's build match up with her Splash Art.
Also, Sejuani should be on a metal bikini again, except with her body covered in scars, fractures, and deadened stretches of tissue. Make her body an album of suffering. And idiots who tried to take her down and suffered the consequences of their folly.
