It states that she has achieved her goals by sleeping with the right guys. So it makes me curious, is it a good character development or it ruins her "heroic" personality?
I don't believe Miss Fortune was intended to be portrayed as heroic. In fact she's shown to be very self-centered and obsessive in her lore. She destroys the unstable balance that Gangplank created in Bilgewater JUST BEFORE the attack from the Shadow Isles they knew was coming, all for her own petty revenge for his murder of her mother. She's at best an anti-hero, and i personally see her entire character as miles better, as it shows that she's human, not some generic heroine.
I doubt she had hundreds of sexual partners.
Gangplank was still too powerful to confront openly, so Miss Fortune spent the years wisely, surrounding herself with a small but loyal cadre of allies and lovers she would eventually use to lay her demons to rest.
She most likely has been with a few people here and there throughout the years, which can be expected. She is a grown woman after all.

Quite the contrary, if someone kills the evil overlord, saves all the puppies and takes some guys and gals to the gates of heaven and back afterwards (or during?), that just adds to the epicness.

I don't mind, in fact I think that a woman being around the block is badass as they got a lot of skill. My problem is her personality, I understand she wants revenge against GP and she got it but I think she is not as noble as she think she is and she is a ticking timebomb before she ends up as "Sheplank" GP was a fucker true, but he was a necessary evil, as I think that having to fight GP again will take a toll on MF's sanity and expose some of what I think is a hidden monster in MF.
I'm pretty sure that was there in the old lore too
