Swain claims he's dead. We all know he didn't kill him, so does this mean LeBlanc lied and he's actually alive and could be an upcoming champion? I mean it's revealed that he ordered Katarina to kill Swain, but "That's the only thing she can't do" ? So... When is my new main coming out? Chop chop! No time to wait! We need that Marcus alive and well to set his daughters straight and to reveal that Talon is his real son! And when is the war coming? Swain clearly likes taunting Demacians about it too! But first you need a Noxian Civil war! Don't tease for a N v D when we need a N v N first! T____T

The Noxian Civil War, with Katarina in one side and Swain in the other is an event that needs to happen. This kind of empires are propense to this kind of conflicts. Just look at the romans. But I still don't understand that if is set to kill Swain , why is that he lets her go around like nothing.

How about both LB and Swain told the truth?

What if Marcus is "killed but not dead (anymore)"

I mean, there are a number of contenders for what could bring him back:

Demons (Swain's arm?)
Darkyn ("Rallying the fervor" to the nth degree like Aatrox did)
Shadow Isles (Obviously?)
The Void (Magicks. Added more for completionist´'s sake than me actually thinking the Void would've brought him back)

So... to be honest, my money is on #2 - Darkyn. What if Marcus was like a half-darkyn and is the "evil within noxus swain seeks to "remove"" That would make Cassiopeia and Katarina also partial Darkyn, which, at least in the later's case, would explain her thirst for combat and all that. (Maybe the "Darkyn genes" are given 100% to the firstborn?)

Sidenote: A Darkyn Katarina skin . Legendary or ultimate. Make. It. Happen. Riot.

The Swain update should have been Marcus DuCouteau. He looks more like what I would expect Katarina and Cassiopeia's father to look like and if they removed the tacked-on bird effects on his ult he would no longer feel anything at all like Swain and instead feel like a new Noxian character.
