Why does vel koz look beige in game and black in splash
Really ruins it for me :(

Beige is his actual color, but his tentacles are more black / purple. It is just the way the lighting is set on his splash to make it look black or darker.
The area around Vel's massive eye in the splash is beige just like his in game model and tentacles are a dark purple / black color in both the splash and in game model.
