Vladimir sounds too AmeriKan?

Vladimir is clearly supposed to be Eastern European. Vlad Dracula's Romanian/Hungarian and Vladimir is obviously supposed to be Slavic. At the very least give him an accent (that's not racist at all).

But for some reason, in game his voice sounds AmeriKan. I'm flagging it for cultural misappropriation (or some SJW thing not sure how its done do I Twitter?).

Just to raise the matter for review, what do you think?
