Runeterra Map Missing Content

Putting together a one-shot or at least a starting area to my League/D&D Conversion. Noticed that the Runeterra map, as amazing it is, is still missing a lot of key locations and information. Namely the Avavrosan Tribe current location (I'm guessing West of Rakelstake along a river) and Noxian territory just looks very empty and lacking in towns. Has anyone started a project with a more detailed version of our Runeterra map?

Wasn't the capital of the Avarosans Frostheld?

They've only been adding minor locations from the comics lately. New champions don't get updated either. This is why I'm worried about Riot making more games. Upkeep is not their strongest suit.
