Recently bought 10$ RP card code does not work. "An Error Has Occurred"

Went to 7-11, got me a 10$ worth of rp on a card. Got home, scratch off the stuff to reveal the code, everything was normal. When i typed in the code into the redeem code section and press submit, i get to watch kat do a dance for like a minute then get "An error has occurred". I have restarted my client and sometimes its not just a message saying "An error has occurred", its a bunch of coding. So im hoping this is just the store being glitchy from Kalista. If not, im hoping for assistance. A suggestion on how i can contact riot would be nice. And just to make things more clear, no i havent recieved the riot points regardless of the "error occurred" message.

I got it to work. Go to "Purchase RP" and scroll all the way down and redeem your card with the prepaid card option. The codes section should work, but it doesn't. This is how I was able to redeem my card. Good luck!

I'm having the same issue. I'd like to get the reaper soraka skin before it gets out of the store but I get the same error with my prepaid card redemption.

Same here I just want Kalista. I hope this is fixed before the skin bundle leaves the shop... :/ It wont let me try anymore it says I have attempted too many times
