For me it would be Evelynn or Udyr. They are 2 of my 6 favorite champs (The others being Irelia, Karma, Swain and Cassie) and even tho 2 others on my list need a VU as well, I think that these 2 need it more then the others. So tell me , which champs would you choose ? You can be Bias and list your champ even if they do not need a VU.
I think kennen would be a good call, he's a simple design and it would be pretty low scope, not to mention he needs it. Badly, he's one of league most forgotten characters so bringing him up to standards would be nice
and I don't even play him. This guy is short, has pizza feet (we're in 2015 people), and his animations look old.
Everything about him still feels like it's from beta.

Because I feel like her entire thematic is reflected in such a poor (imo) kit. If I had the choice, I'd just grab Irelia's name and put it on top of the list of VU candidates, slam the board while looking at everyone in the room and then leave while power walking like a diva.

would love it. Looking at his base skin is really just bad, even after the texture update. I also feel like he could have some unique impact on the lore if he had a VU tied into an event, unlike most others listed here. (no offense)
He's just not as badass as he used to be when I bought him in S1.
He's my favorite champion from a gameplay perspective, and I have the highest mastery with him, but he looks god-awful.
I actually saw him in a match today, and, despite the fact that he carried our team and did really well and was everywhere, I could not distinguish him from anything. He just looks terrible overall.

I'd say Yorick (lbr, it'd be perfect if his update coincided with Halloween/The Harrowing), followed by Veigar, Amumu, Poppy, and Corki (which is just my yordle favoritism showing, aheh).
I think if they give him a proper VU, it'll be awesome. But right now, he's just a tiny piece of fairy flying around.
This beauty could be the Cryophoenix, a legendary beast to behold - with all the power of the frost under her wings... and currently looks blocky as hell. I think a visual rework for her could even increase her popularity just with how cool she could be.

Cho'Gath. There are so many awesome concepts for him floating around, it'll inevitably be disappointing that Riot can't touch on them all when they finally get around to him.

Completely not changed theme, still wearing leather clothes, still has the same shoes, still has claws, still the same necklace and tattoo. The only thing that's changed are his effects which goes even with a champion update and is not close related only with Legendary skins (Sion's animations are all changed, Eternum Nocturne isn't legendary but his animations are changed, same goes for Eternum Reksai, Headhunter Caitlyn which is 975RP skin, Rocket Girl Tristana, Jade Fang Cassiopeia, etc, etc)
They just gave him new VU and made it cost 3k+ Rp for whatever reason. Following that Logic, Everyone who had Sion or GP purchased should have lost them after the reworks because they are completely different champs and I really don't see the difference between New Sion quality and SGU.
I just don't like any of their base models. I feel like I need a skin if I want to play them.

Udyr won't get a VU for a very long time. The SGU skin is amazing, but it didn't have to come at the cost of replacing a much-needed VU>
