Was it bring your child to work day? Did a Make-A-Wish kid want to make some League art?

The level of artwork, and absolute lack of effort, in Xin Zhao's new portrait is almost unacceptable.

While I get that he is not shiny and new, or one of the favorites right now, that doesn't make this okay.
