I'm pretty sure she is. Can we get more stories about young Xin and young Tianna right after Xin Zhao joins the King's guard? I'm thinking there's some spark between them just begging to be explored.

Yes it's still the same woman, who clearly hasn't aged over the last 18-20 years judging between the only two illustrations we have of her.
