That'd be kinda funny if it was him, since he voices Hecarim too.

It's actually Fred Tatasciore! I believe Mordekaiser's writer confirmed it on twitter.

I'm going to wager it's Fred Tatasciore - Mordekaiser sounds eerily similar to the speech patterns of treant protector (from Dota 2), the Great Unclean One (Dawn of War 2), and this demon from Catlevania (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BC1kke-WgLo), among others; all bear his signature deliverance of an eerily sophisticated yet malevolent evil. He is credited on a wide breadth of games and animation, so it seems possible he would take on The Iron Reverent.
