like from one champion to the next he just roasting them like seriously riot you outdid yourselves again with the VO for a new champion.

The ones I think I caught on to was:

or 
.. azir being related to sand, elise being the only champion i can think of said to give up her mortality. Elise could also be the one where he mentions somebody being a mage and unlike other mages having a purpose.. elise having the purpose of becoming more god like while other mages just use their powers for whatever.
"You're going to punch a celestrial dragon? good luck with that" 
I could be wrong on these quotes but there were so many it's hard to go back and memorize them.
