Lux? Shyv? Legendary/Ultimate skins missing? Anyone know why Riot removed these or what's going on?

Lux and Shyv have gone missing, as well as some ultimate and legendary skins. I saw yesterday morning the elementals lux skin (unavailable) but now I can't even search for it or lux. Any ideas why they have been removed?
