Where the fuck does Riot get their Splash art Skin team from

Please, my MS paint skills are far superior, they are all mine. Why do you think that the Taric splashes are all the most fabulous?

That's because the person who makes the splash-art, doesn't make the skin and splash-arts get updated, even though the initial skin doesn't.
