Warwick's roars and theme

I recently re-watched the Warwick cinematic which was great but it made me realize that in game WW lacks all those cool mechanized parts and sounds. In the cinematic his roars have this chilling combo of animal-like roars and the hissing and almost hollow sounding tech components.
But in game it's wolf roar. What happen to all the mechanical parts of him?

Pressing W should let you hear part-mechanical, part-"organic". Everything else about his kit is not mechanical, hence why you won't hear it as often as you do in his cinematic.
