Loss at champion select

I can see my adc and mid arguing before we even load in. I know what's gonna happen; one of em will die, the other will "?" ping him and he'll tilt out of the game.
My powers to see the future proved true when Jayce died to fizz mid and lucian "?"'d him. He then proceeded to hard int and run into the enemy team while calling lucian names.

So why am I stuck in this game that I knew was a 100% loss and because it my make or break promo I HAVE to sit in it and lose? I don't get it. How is that fair? The jayce said he got 15+ accounts banned; so obviously people don't care if they get banned.

Glad I lost my promos before even touching a minion.

If you saw that coming, did you do anything to try to prevent it then? Deescalation is a thing you know, and those can turn a loosing game into winning ones.

It's the same principle with dodging / landing skill shots. Those things can be predicted and thus you can think of counter measures to prevent it.

Promos don't mean anything. If you are "100%" sure that a game is lost in champ select, you should dodge. It's better then taking a hit to your MMR too.

if your good enough you can get to those promos again just dodge. if you dont trust yourself stay in the game.

So instead of just losing your promos by dodging. You lost your promos AND 30 minutes or so of your time? I know which one I would have chosen.
