Seriously. There was a post a while back that a Red commented his lore would be promising. This isn't promising.

Exactly I was expecting his lore will tell us more about vi and jinx or ATLEAST explain this fact that how he have a time muchine not THIS! Im really mad... the LORE IS DEAD!

I only seen a comic, the Second's teaser, and a short bio. I haven't seen his lore quite yet.

People seem to misunderstand the term "lore."
Lore pretty much shows the story of something.
People claim that Ekko has a lore. While he does have a comic, it tells nothing about his past. His ingame lore is no more then maybe 5 sentences.
Riot throws all these "extras" at you, to cover up the fact that their lore team is a joke.
Don't know if you've heard, but they've hired a really experienced writer for their lore department, so expect some work coming from him.
