I mustn't be the only one who thought that Bard looked like something from Studio Ghibli the first time I saw him. For example his little followers (meeps?) sit on the tree branches in his splash art and that instantly made me think of kodamas from princess mononoke. I'm really interested if he was influenced by that, or if he was't then what inspired him. May I summon a rioter?
I don't know, but I do know there are a lot of Rioters who adore the work of Studio Ghibli. I have a "My Neighbor Totoro" wallet/purse/thing that I get compliments on all the time - lots of people know and love their work here. Which is understandable - it's incredible!
Sure looks like something from Studio Ghibli. Not a bad thing at all. Hope there is a few skins in the future making references to it.
