It never arrived on PBE; what's happened to it? I remember a tweet from a Rioter about it being awesome and players not being ready, so it certainly exists.

whatever it is, it needs a song from linkin park.
I think, it just hasn't hit the PBE yet, considere we had two days without any updates. If we have luck, it will hit the PBE today, I assume.
