Varus should have been changed to a single father if anything

i would have prefered they just touched up the old lore but if they really wanted to change it they should have made him a father with no family aside from his son/daughter who is then slaughtered in a noxian invasion. aside from the fact that it would be cool to have a single father as a character, it would fit well and losing a child is a motivation infinitely stronger than losing a lover. i dont care if its a wife or a gay fiance? idk what theyre supposed to be but either way, the motivation for revenge in the new lore feels really weak and honestly i couldnt feel the characters pain as i read which is a bad sign, but unless you screw it up really freaking bad it would work much better to have him lose his child, the only family he has left.
