Real Names?

So i've been poking around lately and found some information on a few female champs like what their real first name is. So does this mean pretty much all the champions in leauge go by a different name than they are known by for example how Vayne's first name is Shauna and Miss Fortune's is Sarah. Do only female champions go by a different name or are there any male champions that have the same case like whats Gangplanks real name whats Twisted fate's? etc... Then what do their names they go by mean?

Gangplank is his first name. His father, Vincent the shadow, doesn't seem to have a last name.
