Tianna Crownguard boots are trancendantly awful
Armored high heels. And not just high heels, the highest of heels.
That outfit has GOT to be ceremonial.

And what is even funnier she has the exact look in the Xin story where she has normal boots but in the comic, she looks exactly the same except the boots...
I'm going with ceremonial for an explanation, too. She also seems to be wearing nothing but tights on her inner thighs. You know, where her femoral arteries are. It's gotta just be ceremonial.
It takes a lot of effort to move like this in heels
Yeah, Tianna and Lux are both very obviously wearing ceremonial outfits. We at least see Tianna in the field in something more comfortable (Xin Zhao/J4/Tianna art), even though that was like 20 years ago. If we see Lux in actual battle in her in-game outfit, I'm gonna be maaaaaaad.
I get why these things offend people, but that comic showed Garen destroy a stone bridge with a sword. I’m not expecting realism.
For anyone wondering;

I honestly find it kind of strange they're so extreme, especially considered Riot has usually been pretty good with Heels on base skins (It's mostly cuz Animators hate them)
you would think they might have learned by now. I guess not lol
This bitch is wearing shoulder pads bigger than her head but you care THAT much about some fucking heels.
Fashion chanfes quickly my boi. One day all ladies will want to have blade le ~ Oh wait, that's already Piltoverian Fashion if you know what I mean. :^)
I think that Tianna Crownguard's boots are very useful for this class. After completing their quest, you'll receive them back in your guild hall. However, if you have an item box in your inventory or an item from the item shop, you can swap the boots to them and then return them. With all the skills and accessories to choose from available in this quest, swapping them might be a bad idea. I also wish we had seen if Tianna could use her weapon skill to hit the ground and move around the map. (If the monster isn't moving, that's good too)
A similar scenario can occur in The Old Forest if you run into a monster. If the mob gets to high enough priority, you'll need to walk around the zone to attack it. As soon as it's dead, return your boots or other items and proceed to the next zone, usually a forest filled with bandits or a monster that only attacks at night.
Hell, I thought it was Camille on first view!
Who is Tianna?
I think the big dumb shoulder plates are even more unrealistic. How do you even turn in those things....
