Is The "Story, Art & Sound" Boards Replacing What The Old Lore Boards Used To Be?

Older players, do you remember the original lore baords?

You know, that place where Rioters rarely commented and never really decisively answered any questions?

Sound familiar?

At least we used to have bi-weekly lore updates back then.

Those were the glory days of LoL, when RIot actually released lore/champion content on a consistent basis, instead of every couple months.

IMHO, updates these days are too few and far between and the games feeling really stagnant.

I'd love to see Riot return to bi-weekly update schedule. We don't need new champions every two weeks, but a lore update every two weeks in some substantial form would be nice.

Yeah, JoJ was fun to read, I think it'd be great if they made more lore deciding events, like the Ionia vs Noxus matches that made the Ionian CDR boots.

Even better if the lore writers watch the matches and write a story as to why a certain champ played badly.

But don't put full on pro LCS players in these matches, they tend to take slight meta advantages and snowball it a ton so predefined champions (Karma or Soraka support only, anyone? And who would make an Ionian ADC? And how would these guys survive against Thresh and Kalista bot lane?)
