Having To Pay For Borders Feels...

Lame man.

They should either come with the skin within the first week or two of the skins release, or be earned via event rewards.

But as I saw elsewhere, alone the icon & border equal out to 425 extra RP.

You guys at Riot straight up know icons have been getting progressively less interesting to collect since they don't really do much, people can't see the collection, and most people choose one or two and stick with that.

I pretty much saved up enough RP so I could get MF & Ahri the first week expecting them to naturally include the borders so this is pretty disappointing. At least give a heads up or solidify how borders are obtained in future skin lines prior to the release.
