So is Fiora to get a recall?
Since the updates, almost every champ with a full kit update got one, like GP and Poppy, so where is Fiora's?

Fiora's VU, like

, didn't come with an entirely new set of animations. Just animations to support the new kits & some updates to the walking animations. A new Recall (well, an ACTUAL recall) was out of the scope of the project. Just like how they didn't receive an update to the VO.
Fiora is unlikely to get a recall anytime soon. It would probably be when they go back to update her visually, which likely wouldn't be for a few years.
They forgot. RIP.
I think they're just happy no one is talking about Fiora after the whole horrible VU debacle and god tier tank-Fiora.
Shen didn't get one, but got a VGU. And his ult is still just the old recall painted purple.
