Are the High Counsilors also not part of the Lore anymore?

I guess we'll have to wait and see for when the Lore team does all the fancy stuff later this year/early next year

They don't exist anymore. Everything that had to do with the Institute of War is gone; deleted from the world. As if they ever existed in the first place.

Overall I always found it weird that these guys seemingly came out of nowhere.(correct me if I'm wrong) If they had any known connections to anything outside the IoW,I'd say that they could still exist,but they never had any. They pretty much came out of nowhere.
