Considering that Teemo's blinding dart has an effect on both Lee and Rek'Sai and it does not hinder vision of any champion, we can come to conclusion that it doesn't actually blind his enemies. Rather, it's probably a neurotoxin that disrupts the communication between brain and arms/legs/whatever and makes aiming impossible (which also explains why Graves shoots in random direction when attacking while blinded).

I mean, this is also the game where Vlad is Hemomancer and all about that blood until it comes to Tranfusion. Then suddenly he's Lifeforcemancer and drains the lifeforce of machines and somehow still gets blood. Blood magic, the biggest mystery.

Im pretty sure i read somewhere that that riot said that teemo's dart on lee restores his sight which is so overwhelming for lee that he misses his attacks due to sensory overload.

That said - it would be VERY impressive if Teemo could restore sight in eyes that were burned and melted.

It isn't metaphorical. Canonically, she can sense the world around her because of the Black Ice she uses. Essentially, think of it as a magical sonar of some sorts.

When you think about it, Lissandra isn't really a bad gal. When she says she wants to cover the world in ice, what she really means is that she wants to see the world D':

Lissandra can see thermal body temperatures. That's my thought, like since she's probably the coldest thing existing, she's probably like: "Anything warmer than me must be frozen solid and or corrupted." Also I love this bitch, she's my main and she's a badass old lady. (I'm also not sure if she has feet.)

Yeah, it's theorized that's why she screams when casting spells. She's basically using Echolocation to decipher her surroundings.

Before she became an Iceborn, Lissandra was blinded by an ursine (one of Volibear's people), and when she gained control of Black Ice she created the horns that cover the top part of her face in order to sense her surroundings.
