Caitlyns last skin ( lunar wraith ) was out i think 10 months ago.? Maybe 11.
I have 890k on Cait atm and was wondering if you guys have considered a new skin for her? I know you guys dont really give away details but can you tell me if you guys have atleast ''considered'' Caitlyn?
Im just curious with all honesty. Because shes been popular and id love to see her get a new one
They always consider champs for skins. There's a range of stuff (like time since recent skin, thematic fit, skin catalog variance, etc.) they look for too.
Im a Jax main and i still waiting for a decent skin 
While they probably won't give you a direct, "There is/isn't a skin in the works for Caitlyn", she is indeed eligible for a new skin and have probably been considered for at least one new alternate thematic (skin) by now (since Lunar Wraith Caitlyn). :P
