Idea for the retired client

Here's an idea, since Riot is retiring the Legacy client, is there ANY chance that they create a unique skin "not for sale" for such occasion and gift it to all players used the client across the years ? I mean Yeah it's crazy that I'm asking for a "free skin", but my idea is a skin even if it is worth 520 RP of value but I think it's not new since it happened before with Ufo corki...etc. Plus it has been years since players had ANY special skins like that, even when Riot celebrated their 10 years anniversary, they didn't even consider giving people Riot Singed, as it was a great chance for introducing such old skin to new players. Just an idea... if it's TOO MUCH to ask for something like that, why not gift one of those old free skins like Ufo corki instead of creating a new one ? again...just an idea
