I think at the bottom right of the Armor of the Fifth ages splash, Dragon Trainer has a phone with Taric's old splash.

If we are talking only visually, then Sion still takes it by far. Especially if we are talking comparitively from old to new.

If you go gameplay, I think poppy still wins that title.

Taric is a solid second.

Think this is coming mostly from hype and being the new shiny rework. Sion was so much of an improvement I dont know that anything will ever beat it.

Also, I will totally play Bloodstone now. I owned it, but never played it because it was his most unbecoming skin. Now he's a gorgeous angsty Alucard/Vampire and I will love it. All of his skins look amazing. You guys at Riot did a fantastic job making him the man candy he needed to be.

Considering Bloodstone is supposted to be more serious, it's a bit odd to hear his "faboulous" unserious talk while using it but i wouldn't know as i haven't played him yet.
