Alright So Poppy Finally Gets A Skin After 4 Years.....

His rework just came out this patch. When were they to work on it? They already had to make 3 new ones(reworked base, release, and pentakill) aswell as a kit and a VO, give them a break. Poppy's rework was almost a year ago(or so) so that is a reasonable amount of time for it to take.
