Taric rework is the fourth aspect, possibly the Aspect of Targon, as is in one of his unassigned quotes, but the mentioned quote involves sparks.
Edit: Unrelated to Taric, but his taunt for Bard suggests they know each other ("Bard, pick a dimension, you're confusing them!")
Haha! Taric's gonna need someone to heal that BURN. I wonder if Aurelion has anything interesting to say to Soraka. Possibly Kindred, although that might be a stretch.
This is pretty much what we were guessing. His rework is likely going to PBE next cycle in a couple weeks here. I bet they originally wanted to launch them in the same cycle but ran into some problems on Taric.

I'm actually starting to dislike Aurelion! With his backstory of being enslaved by Targon I felt empathy for him at first, but now... He's just so haughty and dismissive of anything he deems less than himself. (Here's a hint- it's pretty much everyone and everything!)
The Star Forger (of all creatures) should know that even the greatest creations and/or lifeforms can have humble beginnings, and that anyone can fall from grace. Not to mention that, if he weren't so arrogant, he might not have gotten tricked in the first place. He's a jerk, and I look forward to slaughtering him on the Rift. See if he still thinks my main girl is aspiring to mediocrity when he gets hit with the full Charm/Spirit Rush/Foxfire/Orb combo! >.<
