Yes, it looks cool. But cmon. Seriously, Annie has 10 skins (I think?) already. She doesn't need more.
She has the most skins in the game. Please Riot. When there are so many other champs suffering in the skin department, why did you give Annie a skin?
Why not make skins and submit them? Maybe it'll expedite the process or something?
Or you could just bitch endlessly, because that's ultra productive.
