Is Nocturne going to get changes?

I got a skin shard for him, and so I was looking at various skins on YouTube to compare and checked out Nocturne with default skin to compare...and the conclusion I reached is that all of his visuals are really meh...no matter what skin you take. For now, I'm just going to hold onto the skin shard since I like the champion, but I don't like his looks whether default or any of the current skins and I think it's just because his artwork is placeholder artwork. Correct me if I'm wrong.
