Sorry what you are about to read might be messy couldn't get what i was thinking put into the right words hopefully you get it

How would you guy feel if we brought Kayle and Morgana's race into Runterra in the form of a floating island. They began to descend onto Runeterra in the form of a crusade. They decide to challenge a nation renown for its art of war thinking that if they beat someone as great as the Rakkor who also have a strong belief in a "god" that is the sun. Than they can crush any other nation however they bit off more than they can chew and the war went on for centuries.

KEYPOINTS

  • The Rakkor now are at war with the angels it was weird a nation so proud of its art of war was not in one
  • We fix a bit or Kayle and Morgana's lore which didn't make sense after removal or IoW
  • It kind of make sense base on Kayle current lore her people are also in a war
  • Although Kayle people were at war they were against Morgana which I personally don't see she having and army to fight a war
  • The angels are still immortal
  • we currently have two champ for angels Kayle Morgana and three for RakkorPantheon Leona Diana so its is balance in champion pool
  • Rakkor =/= Solari/Lunari but my opinion is maybe Solari is a religion/cult with in Rakkor a very prominent one

I'd say the floating island thing would be cool,but I dunno about the war with the rakkor idea.

Where the Angels have fought eternally against evil throughout the cosmos may now descend upon Runeterra but it won't be easy. I'd like to think they are unable to act upon primitive worlds as these worlds are not straight-forward, are confused between good and evil, and so they adopt the idea of purgatory. This internal dispute of moral conflict may have brought about Morgana to descend from their ranks to assure Kayle's tyrannical imposition is denied upon Runeterra. Would be nice if they were kept feminine but not so Human-like in their visual update, too.

Must note that Angels and celestial beings (Bard and pre-Soraka) may have similar ideas. We may not exclude Bard and Soraka from these topics entirely.

Of Targon the Rakkor, Solari and Lunari tribes sound more like primitive cultures (enough though their visual appearance does not reflect that). Being primitive may mean an elementary approach to magic, maybe misunderstanding it and it being shunned by the dominant Rakkor tribe. It'd become so significant that a tribe adopts a socialist culture about it and as things progress a Lunari-Solari culture-clash ensues. So the tribe Solari (and Lunari) who do practice magic may use an idea (in this case the Sun or Moon) to prompt an exaggerated focus in conjuring the magic. From a civilized person's perspective this may look slightly unorthodox. Think of rainforest cultures who may practice voodoo or whatever.

I just cannot see where Angels come into the domain of Mount Targon.. but of Demacia, definitely maybe.
