That said, Riot DOES take community concepts from time to time, I think Riot by their rule can use any materials/ideas proposed on the concept creation section of the forum (makes sense, since you propose it in the concept creation forum hoping it gets used). I'm not saying the stole it or something.
I'm just point out the date, that Kayn may have been an idea from 5 years ago.
