Possible fix for prestige Skins

Hey so I know that riots approach to prestige skins is infuriating much of the community. The aggressive monetization of our current prestige skins just inst great, neither is the inconsistent grind for the other prestige skins. I think that as they are the skins are a flop but the line itself has so much potential. My solution is simple turn the skins into an ultra exclusive chroma obtained through the mastery system.

First let me give my struggle with the mastery system. I think M7 does not have the fear inspiring factor that max mastery should have. I think this could be fixed by either increasing max mastery or removing the cap completely. Personally I think raising the max mastery to M9 would fix this. To earn M9 you would need to reach 250K mastery points M8 would be like 125K or something. Since M9 would really be something very challenging to obtain juicier rewards would be needed. To start instead of the wimpy little flag your get for mastery now you would get a full border a important feature of this border would be a space for a number displaying your current mastery points (rounded of course). Secondly, we would get an exclusive prestige chroma for the base champion. With these chromas only obtainable like this it would make the skin border and emote inspire the fear max mastery should
