Thing thing that annoys me about Bilgewater Lore

Where the hell is Fizz and Nautilus?

But seriously why was Fizz not involved in the Bilgewater event and Naut not involved in the Harrowing? There are like 7 total champs who can be associated with Bilgewater and you used 4. Only 4 in two of the most important events of the city. This isn't Ionia, there arent 30 champs in the area.

I guess Fizz isn't grimdark enough for Riot. But Come on wouldn't it have been awesome to have morde show up to the party too, only to for Naut to rise from the depths and save some peoples.

You say that like Nautilus would go out of his way to save a random person in Bilgewater.

He was most likely fighting one Harrowing purely because him and the Black Mist crossed paths.

O no i didn't mean he is going out of his way to save people. He just distracts the undead from killing by attacking the undead. Like Godzilla doesn't go out of his way to save people. He just shows up and attacks whatever is there

The thing will Godzilla is that its gimmick only works if it is at the front and center. Adding Nautilus just because Rule of Cool would soften the impact of his own introduction.

I dont think you understand the lore very much for you to make such a dumb statement.

I understand the lore I just don't get why the trickster always meddling in people's business didn't have a hand in the biggest trick in the city.

And why the only undeadish character on Bilgewaters side didn't make an appearance like he has on other harrowings

Because, it was not their story. Burning Tides was primarily the story of TF and Graves, with Gangplank and MF being the secondary one. Shadows and Fortune, MF and Lucians story, with the introduction of the next champ Illaoi and solidifying Olaf as a character. To be honest, Fizz doest fit in Bilgewater all that much, so does Nautilus, they are characters that sorta crossed that location once. They, and Nami are more linked to the twelve seas of Valoran, rather than just the Blue Flame Islands.

Remember, not everyone has a place in every story and every situation, setting or place, so thinking that every champion of a place should be mentioned in a small story as this one is dumb and impossible. I rather have a story with a small cast if that helps flesh them out as characters, rather than a jumbled mess of a story that cant take time to flesh out everyone but has everyone in it simply cause they have to be...plus it detracts from the main plot of that story if you just flung in everyone in it without any forethought.
