Is Finn Hinting at a New Champ in One of his Quotes?

So it may just be some random quotes but with the shopkeeper quotes that hinted at Jinx well before her release I think one of the Finn's quotes on Butchers Bridge may hint at a new champ.

"If you ever see her, you'll know why land's the place for you."

This may be referring to MF or Nami but I highly doubt either of them being what he is referring to since Nami is exactly aggressive and MF seems to be pretty well liked by people.

Possibly the following quote is also referencing the same being

"Remember, the monster's out there... waiting."

I believe that perhaps its hinting at a sea monster champ or maybe just some sort of sea monster that will be integral to a new champs lore. I personally would love to get a Sea monster hunter wielding the mother of all harpoons to pop up with all this slaughter docks lore we are getting but I will be honest any new Bilgewater champ would be great even if we just got Tahm
