Another champ teased in Bards lore or no?

"Manifesting when others threaten the cosmic equilibrium" a quote from Riot about Bard. Simple question really but is this referring to a specific character or just the conflict of Runeterra in general? And If it is referring specifically to a certain character do you think it is a new one? I'm hoping it will be the year of the spirits and there will be some sort of Chaos spirit that is causing problems and that is why Bard is here. Add in Ao Shin and maybe another more neutral spirit and a whole new faction/conflict is underway.

While I am sure we will get much more info on the subject when we see his actually lore (or maybe not considering how champ lore has been recently) does the little info we have tease another champion?
