Question: What is Bandle City?

Since lore on the place is more or less nonexistent. It used to be that the place just existed and you could just straight up go looking and find it no problem. Then I read in some places that it exists in Runterra but has kind of magical borders on it that keep humans from ever seeing it under any circumstace. Then it was humans could go there but only if a yordle brought them or something? And now it's like it's own dimension with a portal that changes locations? Riot pls. [sg-zephyr]

It's a city in the spirit realm that's the home of the yordles. Most yordles are able to travel freely between realms, though as we see with Veigar, this can be stripped by powerful magic.

First lets see if the upcoming champion ends up a Yordle from Bandle City, then we can expect a LU fairly soon. Which would be great, as a new Yordle champ will finally give the World Building devs that excuse to release all the Bandle/Yordle content that we know has been stacking up in the office.
