Another problem in that video. When you initiate Noxian Might, the color should be blue not red. In between 00:12-00:14. You will see a faded red color once he is nearly finished with his 5 aa.

The reason why Woad is more clearer than any other skin is because Woad's particle colors are more lighter and clearer compared to the rest because they are more darker.
