The Kinkou Order Temple

In Akali's new teaser, we see that the Kinkou Order, led by Shen, has found another place to train, practice and rest, a new home base after the last one was taken over by Zed's order. My question is can we actually see that place as a map mod? or even as a map skin for a game mod, like what was done with the Pyke release, and the Bilgewater layout for the Butchers' bridge? Since it looks like Riot already created this place to the fullest.
