I love seeing how the changes in lore and the world effect this board

I personally love seeing how everytime there's a lore change, new champion or a rework and maybe even some more worldbuilding, like the recent map, we lore geeks just crawl out of caves and shout "OMG THERE'S AN UPDATE IT'S MY TIME TO SHINE" and get really excited and dive right into the update, think about some theories for the future and finally relax about 5 days later only to crawl back to our caves, waiting for the next update while making up some more theories. I don't know why, but I find it quite satisfying. Anyone else agree?

I feel the same, tbh. And honestly the reason why we at Riot do more and more of these things is exactly because you guys care about it, so thanks for the continuous support throughout the years :)

While normal League players are just like "who needs a map?", we all go "YESSS FINALLY" and search every nook and cranny of it.

Ofc Riot responds to threads like this, they only respond when you give positive comment, what about other 150 posts how league sucks right now or how damage is way to high or how snowball is insane and games are not fun to watch or how this meta sucks ? YOu cant stay quiet forever.

One of the theories that came to mind while reading through all the lore available on the map was that Mordekaiser left the Immortal Bastion to take over The Blessed Isles. It would explain his disappearance from the Bastion (which seems like it must have been sudden, and not him being defeated, since that would have probably been mentioned/in recorded history) and the similar sudden change from The Blessed Isles to The Shadow Isles with no recorded reason seems to fit too perfectly to be coincidence (also since Mordekaiser, I believe, already had to do with undead at that point, he would have the right kind of magic to do it, and is the only notable person we know of with that capability).

Yeah im definitely freaking out especially since im the person who made these two things Noxus Field Guide Zaun Field Guide and I think so far im the ONLY one to do something on such a scale

Im literally going dizzy checking the Merianda Heirloom making sure that EVERY Noxus outpost is where its supposed to be and back checking the Noxus list of settlements to make sure that everything is included checking the old map to see what we have lost and its relevancy going through JUST ABOUT EVERY STORY EVERY written (wondering WHY some of it ISN'T on the universe like Twilight of the Gods and who knows what else is missing) to make sure that all the location in Shurima are where they are supposed to be Trying to figure out JUST what is Bandle City now Theory Crafting on the Kumungu Jungles and Uristan because those are 2 relevant locations that don't exist on the new map that 3 out of 4 champs still reside in Theory Crafting on the possible hostile relationship between Nidalee and Zyra and where Zyra comes from and how Nidalee can transform Marveling at wonder at the perfect placement of Targon, the Sai Kha'Leek, and Icathia Wondering WHERE is Demacian creatures list EXCITED that we have more info on the (previously named Ebony Wyvern riders of Demacia) Raptors, and hoping for an eventual champion

and NOW i gotta update my Field guides, IM SUPER glad i haven't done more than 2 at this point
