Modding in league of legends?

does anyone think that if this game had modding similar to other games like fallout/minecraft like maybe a custom arcade mode? That way u can have a place for gamemodes like odyssey,darkstar, star guardian all the past game modes to live in even nexus blitz or dominnion oh one could only dream of such a fantasy. Honsetly tho I wish we had modding in league of legends ik overwatch has a system like this if u ever played overwatch, srsly tho we need something like an arcade in league why the hell not riot? Players could make their own gamemodes and such if well if they can edit the base game and post it on an arcade board or something idk, idea sounds unreal but fun waht do you guys think?
