This isn't meant to be controversial or anything but looking at the various iterations of the splash arts for classic Riven and also her in game look, I'm a bit confused.
Is she supposed to be white, mixed, or non-white? What is her colour (if such a thing exists in League)? What ethnicity would she be closest to IRL?
I thought she was more of a native American eskimo type, maybe from shurima

Noxus is a pretty diverse group, so it's probably hard to tell just by looking at her appearance.
Honestly, I say Caucasian.
If she has any appearance of possible oriental heritage, it is most likely due to her self-imposed exile in Ionia (an oriental inspired continent).
The difference in skin tone is likely caused by the fact that Rivens original splash art depicted her with darker skin,but her ingame model was white,then the splash was updated and she was white to reflect the ingame model. But when her texture was updated,they based it on the original splash art.
Overall I think it is likely that she has a tan,the way she looks on the splash art might depict her directly after she went into the exile and the ingame model shows her some time later.
What about Quinn? Those eyes are asiatic no?
